Hammertown Shout Outs to Chef Brian Alberg & Doris Cassar

We have two Shout Outs this week.  The first is for a professional chef and the second is for a wonderfully talented home chef.

Our second Shout Out is for Hammertown customer and recipe contributor, Doris Cassar, who took 2nd place in the Adult Sweet category at the Columbia County Fair Cupcake Wars.  The competition was stiff with over 250 entries but Doris not only showed she was not only a skilled baker BUT also an incredibly clever and imaginative one.  CONGRATULATIONS!
