Cook. Eat. Drink. Learn
This is the only class you can join where you’ll want to eat your homework — instead of blaming the dog!
This Saturday, January 26th Chef Job Yacubian will be offering a delicious opportunity to cook, eat, drink and learn with him at The Farmer’s Wife in Ancramdale. (Click Download the Flier below for more details including menu and price.)

Job Yacubian was the Chef/Owner of the Award-Winning Bittersweet Restaurant in Martha’s Vineyard where he specialized in seasonally inspired, rustic yet sophisticated coastal cuisine. Lucky for us, he is now Executive Chef at The Farmer’s Wife in Ancramdale, where he is responsible for menu planning and food preparation for their upscale catering business.
“This cooking class is the first in what we hope to be a series this winter.” says Chef Yacubian. “The idea is that participants can participate as much or as little as they would like in the different demonstrations. They can help me make the gnocchi or bake the molten chocolate or they can hang out and chat and drink!” After the demonstrations (about an hour) everyone will sit down to enjoy dinner.
The Farmer’s Wife will be transformed into a cozy bistro with white table clothes and candlelight (and curtains over the soda cooler) for the occasion.
If you’re interested in joining Chef Yacubian call 518.329-5431 to reserve a space or email jobyacubian@yahoo.com.
